Sabway or Discordway?

Going to start working on my vanquisher titles, wondering which is better.

Discordway does more damage, but I think sabway is better suited for melee professions. I've vanquished Prophecies and Factions with Discordway so far.

Discord is still a strong option after all this time. But I think currently, the fastest option is AP nuker, 2x spirit spammers and a MM.

I use Sabway with a different MM (Rt/N using Boon of Creation, Explosive Creation, Spirit's Gift, Minions, and Jagged Bones), and I've vanquished every area in all campaigns and EotN with it, and done most dungeons and missions in HM with it. I needed runs for a few like Dzagonur Bastion and the other ridiculous missions.

Never tried Discordway, but Sabway has been amazing for me. In areas of four, I use Sabs. In 6, I bring another monk and an earth ele or the necro that has Blood Ritual for a little energy support. In 8, I take two monk henchies along with Sabs, an earth ele, and the necro. I am a war using Godmode, btw. This makes easy cakes out of just about anything.

You don't need either. Me being an assassin, I do not like them. Since I do about 325dps... I don't rely on those builds. I use an ER Infuser, Spirit Spammer, Minion Master Bomber. For areas that are weak on corpes, I replace the MM with a Nuker.

Groups for me take about 5 seconds to kill in HM.

I'm an assassin and I'm vanquishing now in Elona and done most area's with Discordway. Works pretty good. Some area's I just can't have done with it like Joko's domain. (If anyone has tips for me about it, I'd love to hear them) But if there are any other possibilities of these hero builds, I am very curious which. ^^

@Braxton619: what kind of build do you use for vanquishing? And does a ER infuser work on heroes? :S

ER Infuser works very good on heroes. Mine has 92 energy and even if ER was stripped, it has enough energy to keep up the healing until the end of the battle. Here is the build:

I put as much of health and survivor runes on him as much as possible. He has about 650-680 health. He carries a +20 energy staff with 20% enchanting.

I've been using Sabway, as a Warrior I can do some good damage so it works really well.

just wondering but do you have to micro life attunement yourself when using that build?

That ER build isn't very good.

Life attunement, rebirth, and dwayna's kiss need to be replaced.

Good options:
Reversal of fortune
Aegis
Mend condition/Draw condition/hex removal
Shield guardian

I used Sabway, then Discord. The latter was faster and I did my remaining VQs with it but it was so boring, hammering 1,2,3,4 over and over isnt much fun.

Actually occasionally I pressed 5 for Aegis, but that wasn't often...

Life attunement is great, and a necessity with Infuse. However, it must be microed.

My ranger used Sabway to vanquish all areas of Tyria, Cantha, Elons and EoTN with the exceptions of:
Majesty's Rest - Rotscale and sidekicks will tear you apart
Kessex Peak - too many necro mobs there with Verata's Gaze
The Desolation (all the wurm/undead areas) - not enough corpses
Hidden City of Ahdashim - not enough corpses

For these areas I found three RoJ smiting monks worked very well, though a bit slow.
I did Sacnoth Valley in EoTN with Sabway but it was a real struggle in the burning area and I ended up using a bunch of honeycombs to get rid of DP.

The ER Infuser works well but sometimes the hero forgets to cast ER on itself which can get annoying and a lot of times it will use infuse if someone is at like 95% health.

It is super defensive and death nova will do tons of damage as the minions die fast and you will have alot of them. And of course whatever target i ping with AP and YMLaD will drop in about 3-4 seconds.

Aura of Restoration
Optional (Can spec 10-12 in any attribute and put a spell here)

For the optional I use glyph of restoration and dump attributes in to ES for lots of energy.

Disrupting dagger is great because the enemy gets interrupted from the KD from YMLaD then as soon as its back up gets KD from Ebon Vanguard and (if its still alive) then as soon as its back up gets interrupted from the disrupting dagger.

Only time I die is when i over aggro a boss group and a couple of other groups and I am low on minions. Pretty much makes most of HM a joke.
